Drum Circle with Kay Smith

A great way to release stress and develop creativity.

Our African Drum Circle workshop in London gives you the chance to learn to play the African “Djembe” Drum. Explore the “bass, tone, slap” sounds of this instrument and discover why African drumming is irresistible.

Drumming is a great way to release stress and develop creativity, and it’s also the oldest form of communal musical bonding. The class will also include time to dance, shake and move to the beat.

Drums are provided. No experience needed!

With Ailon & Kay

Kay Smith

I have been playing djembe for 15 years and love to perform and teach. I like to describe my drum circle sessions as an introduction to the Joys of Djembe. I love what I do and it makes me happy to be able to share my passion with others. My goal is to create an enjoyable experience for all levels and experience of participants.
