An exploration of multidisciplinary non-dual themes

Currently presented on both zoom and ‘live’ at Colet House, these non-duality evenings offer the chance to let go of stress, negativity and worries, allowing free ideas, fresh connections, and creativity to flow, and the opportunity to explore living in harmony – both with our true selves and with nature.

The evenings open with a selection of devotional practices we all enjoy such as kirtan chant, breathe exercises or chair yoga, all leading us in to a powerful shared half hour’s silent meditation.

A team led by long term Study Society member, designer and artist, Jonathan Leiserach, invite presenters from all disciplines – philosophers, doctors, scientists, musicians, artists and writers – to speak on multidisciplinary non-dual themes. These might include a talk on sound vibration, developments in science and medicine, sacred geometry or a discussion on ‘beyond the conceptual mind’.

These Monday gatherings are followed by The Movements to Music classes which The Study Society has offered at Colet House for over 70 years.
