    In 5Rhythms, we hand over prayer to the body, allowing it to become our wisest teacher. Through movement, we invite the body to express its unique rhythm in the present moment, uncovering its often suppressed intelligence.

  • 2.30pm - Art & Movement with Wren Loucks

    Each session incorporates gentle movement with spontaneous art creation. The workshops are an opportunity to tune into you own creativity, strengthening your intuition and connection to source.

  • 4pm - Creative Chakras with Nik Parmar

    A unique class blending mantra, mindful movement, and creative expression. Explore the harmony of body, mind, and spirit through art and holistic practices designed to energise and inspire

  • 2.00pm - Yoga, the art of listening with Billy Doyle

    We will explore postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation. Through relaxation and listening to the body we allow the deeper sensation to awaken, the energy body. In our practice we keep this feeling alive moment to moment. This experience of openness, without borders, is a pointer to our real nature.

  • 3:30pm - Self-enquiry talk with Q & A and guided meditation with Billy Doyle

    We will explore from a non-dualistic perspective what is our real nature. There will be a short introductory talk followed by questions and answers and including a guided meditation

March 8th

  • 11.30am - Qigong with Natalia
    A rejuvenating Qigong workshop designed to help you release the stiffness and tension that accumulate in your joints. In Qigong, our JOINTS are seen as ENERGY GATEWAYS – to maintain a healthy flow of Energy (Chi or Qi), we must keep them open and lubricated.

    This workshop isn’t about forcing or stretching – it’s about relaxation! Through breath and fluid, circular movements inspired by Nature, you’ll ease tension and restore balance.

  • 2.00pm - Cosmologies of being with Isik

    Explore cosmologies through sound, movement and story to reawaken our mystical connection to earth and sky. This session will take you on a journey through movement, dreaming and drawing. Guided by Isik, this will be a playful and nourishing way to connect with the inner and outer landscapes of being.  

  • 3:30pm - Dru Yoga with Sabina

    With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru works on body, mind and spirit—improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, and deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being.

    Ayurveda means the Science of life and as such has something for everybody. Enjoy the wisdom of the ancient seers by learning to tune into the Daily Rhythms of your body, mind and spirit with an experienced Ayurvedic Practitioner of over 40yrs. Angela has a wealth of knowledge that she shares around the world and can guide you in fashioning a health regimen to optimise your individual needs.

    Dr. Mark Ross Clark has presented his Singer-getic workshops across the world. The word “Synergy” simply means “greater than the sum of the parts,” and this fun and flowing workshop combines singing and movement to stimulate our positive hormones as we sing together. Singing, deep breathing, stretching, and creative exploration are all a part of this unique holistic experience.

    Relax in your comfortable space as the healing sounds of Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gong, Hang, Sansula, Rainstick, Koshi Bells, Singing Chimes, and vocal toning guide you into deep relaxation. Connect with the natural rhythm of your breath, culminating in a gentle, guided morning meditation
