    Did you know your breath is the primary source of energy (Qi/Chi) for your body—more so than food? In this workshop, Natalia will guide you through powerful QIGONG BREATHING TECHNIQUES, including Natural and Reverse Abdominal Breathing, Three-Phase Breathing, Bellows Breathing, and Vibrational Breathing.

    By changing how you breathe, you can boost energy levels, enhance lung capacity, and gain control over the regulation of your nervous system and emotions.

  • 2.:00pm - Heal & Stretch with Andrea Croci

    This interactive, hands-on session will guide participants in pairs to learn safe and effective massage techniques and gentle stretches that promote relaxation, connection, and mindfulness. With my supervision, attendees will take turns applying simple pressure techniques and assisted stretches, helping each other release tension and stress.

  • 3:30pm - Dru Yoga with Sabina

    Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru works on body, mind and spirit—improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, and deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being.

    We will explore postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation. Through relaxation and listening to the body we allow the deeper sensation to awaken, the energy body. In our practice we keep this feeling alive moment to moment. This experience of openness, without borders, is a pointer to our real nature.

  • 3:30pm - Self-enquiry talk with Q & A and guided meditation with Billy Doyle

    We will explore from a non-dualistic perspective what is our real nature. There will be a short introductory talk followed by questions and answers and including a guided meditation

    In this fun and interactive session, you'll dive into the ancient practice of Japa, where chanting or reciting a special mantra, often with the help of mala beads, becomes a playful and meditative journey. Learn the art of perfecting pronunciation, timing, and focus, all while discovering how this simple practice can clear your mind, reduce stress, and bring a sense of calm.
